Introduction to Martial Arts 

Step 1: Upper Body Stretch

Before we begin, it is important to stretch first to prevent injuries. We will first start off with an upper body stretch.

Step 2: Lower Body Stretch

Continuing on we will now begin to stretch the lower body.


Step 3: Meditation

Now we will begin to meditate. Meditation helps you relax your mind and prepare us for martial arts.

Step 4: Front Kicks

After getting our body stretched and mind relax, we will now begin the introduction to martial arts teaching you the first move.

Step 6: Front Kick Routine

We end off the course with a Front Kick Routine demonstrated by our wonderful instructor.
